Hi Prathima,
The first place to start is by heading to the job search tab and searching for positions based on location and using keywords. From there you can save your search and/or check back often to find out what new jobs are being posted with your criteria. Once you find a position that matches what you are looking for, you should apply using the application method indicated at the end of the description.
We haven't implemented resume posting for job seekers just yet, but that will be up and running soon. Stay tuned!
