Can you answer this question?  Some Executive Job seekers are now using personal websites in their job search campaign.  This website usually professionaly produced (or appear to be so) contains their bio, resume, contact info, a picture of the job candidate and perhaps case studies, testimonials or references.

Do you have any thoughts about the use of an Executive Personal Website in a job search campain? Do you have any examples that I could look at?
